Jingle Lights Service Details & Terms
Installation & Scheduling
Installation dates are scheduled based on route efficiency, weather, product availability, and property conditions. Specific installation or removal dates cannot be guaranteed. Weather or other conditions beyond our control may require schedule adjustments.
Lighting & Materials
Jingle Lights provides professional installation using commercial-grade lighting and appropriate installation materials. Lights and materials purchased as part of the display belong to the customer and are stored by Jingle Lights between seasons at no additional charge.
In-Season Service
Your installation includes in-season maintenance for lighting or installation issues related to our work. Please contact us if any portion of your display requires attention.
Removal & Storage
Jingle Lights will remove the display following the holiday season and organize and store the lighting for future use.
Future Seasons
Pricing in future seasons covers professional reinstallation, maintenance, removal, storage, and replacement of normal-wear components as necessary. If the customer chooses to skip a season, stored lighting must be requested at that time if the customer wishes to take possession of it.
Property Access & Electrical
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property and functioning exterior electrical outlets. Jingle Lights is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, overloaded circuits, inaccessible areas, or damage resulting from defective customer-owned electrical systems.
Display Adjustments
Mockups and renderings are intended to represent the proposed design. Final placement may vary slightly based on actual roof dimensions, attachment points, landscaping, electrical access, safety considerations, and field conditions.
Approval
Approval of this quote authorizes Jingle Lights to perform the services described in the proposal and indicates acceptance of these Service Details & Terms.
